3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or other circumstances

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional charges may apply for hazardous materials or items requiring special disposal

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot remove the following items:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
• Asbestos or lead-containing materials
• Biological waste or medical waste
• Explosives or flammable materials
• Items that are illegal to dispose of

6. Liability

Presidential Services carries full insurance coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

7. Property Access

You agree to provide safe and legal access to the property where services will be performed. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
